Students registered for more than one class in a session will receive a discount on second and third class.

Class sizes will be no larger than 4 students to allow adequate space and time per person. Please commit to your practice, your body will love you for it. No carrying forward is permitted or refunds given.
- Private Lessons – $80 per session for 4 weeks in a row, $320. $85 per session with no commitment.
- Semi Private Group Class with 3 or 4 people. $100 per person for 4 week session.
- Semi Private Couples Class $90 per couple.
- Zoom, 4 week sessions $60 for unlimited classes (yes you can pop in to 2 a week every week if you like).

Gentle Yoga is suitable for everybody of all ages and levels. Each class will include meditation, pranayama, restorative and therapeutic practice. We will occasionally use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to release tension, increase range of motion in your joints, and erase pain. Rehab your body to discover deep relaxation and well being.
Gentle Beginnings is a class for absolute beginners new to the experience of yoga. As with my other classes they are available to everyone, with just a little bit more care, as you get to know your body and learn the ethical practices of yoga.
Restorative Meditation Restorative Yoga helps to relieve the effects of stress by allowing the central nervous system to calm while the body is fully supported with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks etc), stimulating deep relaxation and a sense of restoring and renewing your mind, body, and spirit. Pranayama (breath work) will prepare you for Dyhana (meditation) and set you up for a fabulous Savasana (final resting pose).
Restorative Nidra Some call Yoga Nidra the most powerful yoga technique around. Through this ancient practice of deep rest and relaxation you can learn how to restore your energy as if you had slept for 8 hours in just 45 minutes. Yoga Nidra allows you to recharge your system and make up for sleep disturbances due to poor sleeping habits, stress and anxiety from your day to day life. It improves your ability to see clearly and function at a higher level. This class includes a simple relaxing restorative practice, simple breath work ending with a long Yoga Nidra practice. CLASS WILL BE ON HOLD FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS
Roll And Restore includes a combination of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball rolling and restorative yoga to help you improve mobility, prevent injuries and alleviate pain. You will experience the benefits of letting go of deeply held tension in your muscle tissue and fascia with simple kneading, rolling and breathing techniques, while gaining a greater understanding of where you may be over or under working your muscles and tissues. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and restored and with a new knowledge of self-care.
Private Lessons have many benefits. A one-on-one allows me to assess your strengths and weaknesses so I can personalize your practice to best suit you. The best part about yoga is it can be modified for people of all ranges of motion and ability levels. As we practice you will learn what feels right for you, in terms of your own individual limits.
Often people are intimidated by large classes. Private lessons are a great way to become acquainted with a wide variety of postures and breath techniques that are safe for you and your body. Our one-on-one lesson will provide you with the most thorough explanation and demonstration of postures and transitions, so that you can know how to best protect and heal yourself from injury.
Private yoga experiences can be modified at any time for any clients, I teach all my classes privately. Including Restorative, Therapeutic, Yin, Hatha and Yoga Nidra. That is the beauty of it all, it is entirely up to you!!!
