We will be talking about who can benefit from meditation and yoga as well as incorporating a short meditation and seated or standing yoga practice suitable for everyone.

Leave with a blend to assist with your home meditation or yoga practice. Recipes are ideal for diffusing or making into rollerball blends. Blends are ideal for mental clarity, relaxation and awareness.

For those new to yoga & meditation – they aren’t a religion. People of many religions practice yoga and meditation everyday.

Yoga originated in Northern India over 5,000 years ago. Yoga supports health and wellness through poses and focusing on breathing. It promotes relaxation, concentration, muscle strength and flexibility.

Meditation originated around 1,500 BC and is considered a philosophy. Meditation takes a central place in the philosophy and traditions of Buddhism (not a religion). Meditation focuses primarily on breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and awareness.
